Bestforent Holding GmbH is the parent company. It owns one operating company, CET4Biz GmbH, and two software products developed within the group. CET4Biz is a separate legal entity with its own market, team and website; BrainTrainAI and MyVipGuest are products of the holding, not companies.
CET4Biz GmbH
Consulting, engineering and system integration, specialised in European railway data standards: TEL TSI (formerly TAF/TAP TSI) and OSDM. Conformity checking, validation and the support that gets clients through third-party assessment. Vienna.
BrainTrainAI
AI-supported knowledge, validation and governance for heavily regulated industries. Developed and owned by Bestforent Holding, funded by the FFG. Used by RNE and TSGA in European rail.
MyVipGuest
White-label loyalty platform for hospitality, retail and luxury brands. Used by clients across Europe.

Bestforent Holding was founded in Vienna to give structure to work that had already been going on for years: consulting and engineering for organisations operating under demanding regulation, mostly in European rail. What began as consulting became system development, and system development eventually became products of our own.
Today the group operates on three levels. CET4Biz delivers consulting and engineering to clients. BrainTrainAI and MyVipGuest are products we own, develop and take to market. And the holding provides the leadership, research direction and commercial structure that lets both sides support each other.
